A school affiliated with an international network

Bendurya Pure Garden is developing a hub dedicated to the teaching and transmission of traditional Tibetan medicine (Sowa Rigpa).

Our school is affiliated with Sorig Khang International (SKŸ), an organisation founded in 2006 by the Dr Nida Chenagtsangto preserve the integrity and authenticity of Tibetan medicine teachings.

Sorig Khang International now brings together an international network of teaching and practice centres present in Europe, America, and Asia.

The centre in Namur (Belgium), led by Justine Volvert, is part of this official network.

Our educational approach

A progressive pedagogy adapted to workshops, training sessions and courses

Study of the foundational texts

Study of the essential principles of Tibetan medicine and the philosophical foundations of Sowa Rigpa.

Adapted progression to format

Workshops open up discovery, training deepens a skill and the course develops a true professional capacity.

Learning by doing

The teachings prioritise direct experience, guided exercises and concrete learning of techniques.

Personal integration

The teachings invite everyone to gradually integrate knowledge and practices.

Training competent and responsible practitioners

Our training goes beyond the learning of techniques.

They convey:

  • a deep understanding of the body's energy dynamics,
  • rigorous diagnostic methods,
  • supervised therapeutic practice.

The course allows for the gradual development of the skills necessary to support individuals while respecting the Tibetan medical tradition.

Training in Tibetan medicine is to choose a demanding, structured, and profoundly human path.
