Why train?

Tibetan medicine, or Sowa Rigpa, is a millennia-old medical tradition that considers the human being in its entirety:body, energy and consciousness.

You will learn to understand the energetic dynamics of the body, to establish a diagnosis according to Tibetan tradition, and to apply therapeutic care derived from ancient medical knowledge.

In a world where imbalances related to stress, lifestyle, and loss of meaning are increasingly present, this knowledge offers a deeply human, preventive, and individualized therapeutic approach.

Training in these methods develops therapeutic skills as well as a subtle understanding of life and health.
