Dr Nida Chenagtsang
Tibetan physician, teacher and guardian of the Sowa Rigpa tradition
Dr Nida Chenagtsang is a Tibetan physician, teacher and renowned author, deeply committed to the preservation and transmission of Sowa Rigpa.
Trained from a young age in Tibet, he followed a comprehensive path combining medical education, clinical practice and spiritual training, within the continuity of a traditional lineage of master-to-disciple transmission.
Founder of Sorig Khang International, he has worked for many years to preserve, structure and share these teachings throughout the world, training practitioners and teachers in more than forty countries.
His approach combines the rigour of tradition with a deep understanding of the human being, allowing these ancient teachings to find their full place in our contemporary world.
Through his work, he transmits not only knowledge, but also a way of being in the world, deeply rooted in wisdom and compassion.
Discover His Teachings
Through his teachings, Dr Nida shares a profound vision of health, based on balance between body, mind and environment.
This living, accessible approach, deeply rooted in tradition, enables each person to reconnect with their vitality and essential nature.
This transmission does not end with the teacher. It continues and comes to life through those who receive it and carry it forward.
A Living Transmission in Europe
Trained directly under Dr Nida Chenagtsang, Justine was among the first students to receive these teachings in Europe.
Since 2013, she has trained under her spiritual teacher, Dr Nida Chenagtsang, within Sorig Khang International (SKY). She received his guidance and trust to establish Sorig Khang Belgium, with the aim of preserving and transmitting the wisdom of Sowa Rigpa.
Before fully committing to this path, Justine trained and worked as a specialised educator. This experience deeply enriched her understanding of people and supportive relationships, and continues to inform her practice today.
Driven by this calling, she founded Alaya ASBL with her parents and, with unwavering determination, purchased a house in Gesves, which she gradually transformed into a unique centre. With the help of her family, friends and many volunteers, she shaped this space with passion: a living garden, designed for healing, transmission and connection.
From this vision, Bendurya Pure Garden was born: a place both intimate and open to the world, structured around four complementary pillars:
Wellness & Care : consultations, treatments and retreats to restore balance and vitality.
Training & Cursus : Sowa Rigpa teachings through Sorig Khang Belgium, for both curious learners and future practitioners.
Meditation & Yoga : spiritual practices rooted in Yuthok Nyingthig and Tibetan yoga (Nejang), cultivating clarity and serenity.
Arts & Cultures : concerts, exhibitions and inclusive projects where creativity and wisdom come together.

À travers ce projet, Justine a voulu créer bien plus qu’un centre : un sanctuaire de dévotion et de partage, un espace où chaque être, quel que soit son chemin ou son milieu, peut venir se ressourcer, apprendre et s’épanouir.
